Mats Flying Fish Truck is a mobile food truck that specializes in serving up delicious and fresh seafood dishes. Our truck was created out of a love for cooking and a desire to share our family's recipes with the community.
The idea for Mats Flying Fish Truck began at the family kitchen table, where Mathew and his Grandmother Mary would joke about whose fried fish tasted the best. Mary had always been the one to prepare the family meals on holidays and other celebrations, and Mathew had learned a great deal from her over the years. He had become an expert in duplicating her recipes with ease.
Mary had previously owned a food truck and had a passion for the business. She asked Mathew to partner with her in starting their own food truck, and the rest is history. Together, they are a dynamic team that loves to bring joy through food to everyone they serve.
